How it goes
Six stages, no surprises.
Most build horror stories come from the same place: nobody agreed what 'done' meant before the money started moving. Here is exactly how we avoid that.
- STAGE 01
Discovery
We start with how you live, what the lot allows, and what the number honestly is. No drawings yet — just the constraints that will shape everything after.
- STAGE 02
Concept & feasibility
Generative design produces real alternatives against your site and budget. You choose a direction from options, and we confirm it is buildable before anyone falls in love with it.
- STAGE 03
Design development
The chosen concept is drawn, engineered and modelled — structure, envelope, energy performance and finish, resolved on screen where changes still cost nothing.
- STAGE 04
Pre-construction
Permits, trade procurement and the schedule are locked. You approve a fixed scope and a fixed number before we break ground.
- STAGE 05
Construction
Build under active schedule control, with weekly progress you can see and a single point of accountability you can call.
- STAGE 06
Commissioning & handover
Systems commissioned, envelope verified against the model, deficiencies closed. You receive a home that performs the way the drawings promised.
What that means for you
Three things we hold ourselves to.
You approve a fixed number before we break ground
Scope and price are locked at pre-construction. Change orders exist only when you ask for a change.
One person answers the phone
No chasing between designer, contractor and trade. One point of accountability from first call to handover.
The building is verified against the model
At commissioning we confirm the envelope performs the way the drawings promised — not the way we hoped.
